About Scuba Swap
Scuba Swap is the largest scuba diving equipment marketplace in the Greater Toronto Area, bringing together buyers, sellers, and diving enthusiasts for a day of deals on new and used gear. This annual event creates a unique opportunity to:

Whether you're a beginner looking for your first set of equipment, an experienced diver upgrading your kit, or someone looking to sell gear you no longer use, Scuba Swap offers a convenient, in-person marketplace dedicated exclusively to diving equipment and accessories.

Selling at Scuba Swap
Bring your gear the day before the event to register it - and we do everything else! You just need to pick up your cheque and unsold gear at the end of the Swap.
Pricing
We encourage pricing the items aggressively for sale. Pricing experts available to help you determine the appropriate price, but the final decision is the seller’s. Two prices can be specified:

Initial price

Discount price – if the item does not sell by noon, you can opt to have its price lowered

Neither price can be under $5 – please bundle smaller items together.
Fees
Registration fee: $10 includes up to 10 items. 50¢ for each additional item.
Commission: 10% of the value sold.

Participants
OUE Scuba Swap gathers a number of organizations, dive stores and sponsors. Our goal is to promote SCUBA sport — if you would like to participate in the future swaps, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Prizes
The Swap visitors enter the draw for a variety of free gear donated by participating Dive Stores.

Volunteering
The event is organized by the members and friends of the Ontario Underwater Explorers scuba club who join before April. Volunteer sign-up happens in March at the Etobicoke Olympium Main Floor Meeting Room. There we will be explaining the responsibilities of the different volunteer roles - if you'd like to find out more earlier, contact us.
